Rang Niwas Palace, the lovely heritage hotel is owned by the royal family of Udaipur,  the has a unusual mix of modern, comfort in tranquil surroundings. In 1955 Maharana Bhagwat Singh gifted the royal Palace to his youngest brother Maharaj Arjun Singh who used it as a private residence. In 1975 he converted Rangniwas into a Palace Hotel.
