If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of
arrival, there will be 10% cancellation charge.
If a booking is cancelled before 16 days and within 44 days of
arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges.
If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival there will
be 100% cancellation charges.
Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those
stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of
course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will
follow the cancellation policy.
Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID or
fax on +91 294 2412081 ONLY, otherwise no cancellation will be
entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
Room will be booked only after receiving the credit card details
or 100% advance.
There will be 10% fee on canceling the booking before 45 days of
arrival.
One night Tariff + transaction fee will be charged if the
cancellation is made within 45 days and more then 30 days from
the scheduled booking.
100% cancellation will be charged on cancellation within last 30
days.
100% cancellation will be charged on NO SHOW.

We do not accept Cancellations over Phone
In case on any increase in cost of Hotel, Airfare, Transport,
govt. tax, fuel etc we are bound to augment the same.
Any Hotel/ Package Booking would be tentative unless you pay in
advance and book on guarantee basis
