We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is on the south
side of Udaipur, farther than ideal from the historic center of
town, but not a very long or expensive auto rickshaw ride. A

Just returned from our second visit to Rajasthan (Udaipur,
Jaipur, Sawai Madhopur). With each time, we have been falling in
love with the state even more.
We stayed at Hotel Paras Mahal in Udaipur for 2 days and were
extremely impressed by the hotel. The service was great, their
rooms have pure Rajasthani style decor. The hotel is quite
modern with capsule style elevator, nice coffee shop and a good
restaurant. Our daughter and my niece spent most of their time
at the pool.
I have to mention that the staff was very friendly and always
attended to our requests in no time. Ask for Smith at the
reception, he was quite a help for us.
In short, we are so happy to have stayed at this hotel. Before
going we were quite skeptical of the location and fewer reviews
about the hotel. But I am sure we will be staying there on our
next trip also, if we ever get to do one.
